Our Commission Plans

WPI’s 100% Real Estate Commission Plan is only $199 a month with a small $300 closing transaction fee.
WPI’s 80% Real Estate Commission Plan is FREE!!!
WPI’s Mortgage Commission Plan is 50% of the total commission, front and back. (NYS requires each agent to obtain a mortgage license to do mortages)

    WPI Sea To Sky Realty & Mortgage offers it agents the opportunity to make commissions from mortgages by becoming a loan officer. We provide the training and support for you to become RESPA compliant so you do not put your real estate license in any jeopardy. This is not too good to be true. We have many agents making additional income from the mortgage side of the transaction. Some agents choose to only participate in the mortgage part of the business which has yielded them great success. They make 50% of the total points and/or yield spread (front and back). How many referrals have you given with nothing in return? Will you refer your next mortgage lead, or will you step up and refer it to yourself!?
