Virtual tours uploaded to the MLS of Long Island, Staten Island, REBNY, Realtor.com and their partners, our company website, The Real Estate Book.com and their partners and and VLS Homes.com and their partners. You will have a tremendous internet presence. Over 50 High Traffic Websites. We will conduct open houses, handle all calls and book showings. Our fee is 1% (paid at closing) plus the predetermined amount you decide to pay the selling broker. If you find the buyer, you pay only 1%.

2.0% All of the above plus print (paper) advertising, color flyers, info tubes, 1-800 # phone marketing system, and our Homebuyer feedback system.
